Taylor Plemer

Taylor Plemer has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Starting in 2015, Taylor worked at the Northshore Humane Society as a Business Process Manager/HR, where they managed the veterinary assistant staff and handled various management tasks. In 2021, Taylor joined Essentials PetCare as a Talent Resources Coordinator, responsible for maintaining personnel records, addressing employee inquiries, and processing payroll items and employee benefits. Currently, Taylor works at Netchex in a Human Resources role, where they review and document compliance with training and assessments, recruit and hire qualified job applicants, and collaborate with departmental managers.

Taylor Plemer earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Northshore Technical College-Hammond Area Branch Campus. Following this, Taylor is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Applied Technology at The University of Southern Mississippi.
