Michael Ortiz has extensive experience in human resources and customer service, with a strong focus on talent management. Currently serving as Jefe de Recursos Humanos at NETCOM since November 2019, Michael previously held multiple roles within Grupo Aliss, including Consultor de Talento Humano, where significant achievements included developing a job description manual for the company. Additional experience includes positions at Tecnológico de Costa Rica, where customer service support was provided, and various sales roles at Grupo Aliss and Almacén Miogar. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Tecnológico de Costa Rica, obtained in 2014.
