Maria Sartzetaki

Maria Sartzetaki currently serves as a Senior Business Analyst for the CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism) Project at Netcompany-Intrasoft since October 2021. Prior to this, Maria was a Business Analyst Manager and Scrum Specialist at EFEPAE/MOU, where responsibilities included implementing Scrum methodology, managing multiple teams, and serving as Product Owner for the Ministry of Agriculture. Maria's earlier roles included Customer Service Manager/Project Coordinator at ITT, focusing on quotation preparation and customer relations, and Business Analyst at MOU S.A., specializing in project management and solution definition. Maria began a career as a Systems Analyst at ITT, developing applications for pump selection and configuration. Educational qualifications include an MSc in IT - Web Technology from the University of the West of Scotland and an MSc in Mining and Metallurgy Engineering from Ethniko Metsovio Polytechnico.
