Rekha Menon

Rekha Menon has worked in the Human Resources field for eight years. Rekha began their career in 2014 as an HR Executive/Admin Officer/Personal Assistant to Divisional Director at Mott MacDonald Pvt. Ltd., Design Centre Kochi. (Member firm of Mott MacDonald Group, UK). In 2017, they moved to TechMaven IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. where they served as an HR Manager/Talent Acquisition Specialist. Rekha is currently employed as an HR Manager at NetConnect Digital Agency since 2022.

Rekha Menon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from MGUniversity, with a field of study in Human Resources Management and Services.
