Sankalp Bajpai

Sankalp Bajpai has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sankalp began their career as a Management Trainee at Bhilai Engineering Corporation in 2006 and worked there until 2008. In 2009, they joined Xerox Global Services as a Business Analyst, where they focused on business development and introduced CRM programs to address client grievances.

In 2010, Sankalp joined Netcore Cloud, initially working as a Manager in Strategic Accounts Management. Their responsibilities included managing large strategic accounts across various verticals, consulting on digital channel strategy, and conducting client-side performance reviews. Sankalp also collaborated with internal teams to perform business analysis for forecasting and risk assessment. Sankalp held this role until 2012.

Following their time as a Strategic Accounts Manager, Sankalp transitioned to Manager of International Business at Netcore Cloud. In this role, they spearheaded the company's international expansion by identifying lucrative markets, building partner-led sales motions, and developing sales and business development teams. Sankalp traveled extensively and played a crucial role in establishing Netcore's international business model. Sankalp held this position until 2014.

From 2014 to 2017, Sankalp served as the Group Manager of International Business at Netcore Cloud, focusing on expanding the company's reach in the APAC region. Sankalp prioritized countries like Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam and built partner-led sales motions in the Middle East and Africa. Sankalp worked towards making one market a profitable center for the company.

In 2017, Sankalp became the Assistant General Manager of International Business at Netcore Cloud, where they led the company's foray into North America. Sankalp played an integral role in establishing the go-to-market strategy, setting up a framework for scalability, and expanding the partner network. Sankalp held this role until 2018.

Sankalp then progressed to several leadership positions within Netcore Cloud, including AVP of North America Expansion, Vice President of Business Strategy and North America Expansion, and Senior Vice President of North America Expansion. In these roles, they focused on expanding Netcore's presence in North America, driving growth, and leading the company's expansion efforts.

In 2023, Sankalp joined Unbxd Inc., a Netcore company, as the Senior Vice President of Partnerships and Alliances. Their role revolves around managing partnerships and alliances to drive business growth.

Prior to their professional journey, Sankalp Bajpai acquired a Bachelor's degree from BITS Pilani in 2006 with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering.

Sankalp Bajpai's education history begins in 1998 when they attended S.S.S.S. X for their secondary education, earning a degree in SSSC. Sankalp then went on to Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in the field of Electrical & Electronics. In 2008, Sankalp enrolled in Balaji Institute of Telecom and Management (BITM), Pune, where they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Marketing. During the same period, from 2008 to 2010, they also pursued an MBA degree in Marketing & Finance from BITM.
