Marek Domaracky

Marek Domaracky is a seasoned DevOps Engineer and SysAdmin currently working at NetCore j.s.a. (Unimus) since January 2020, where responsibilities include building and managing a VMware cluster with over 50 virtual machines and implementing a CI/CD pipeline utilizing various tools such as GitLab and SonarQube. Prior to this role, Marek served at CERN from June 2011 to May 2019 in multiple capacities, including Senior Videoconference Manager and Senior Webcast and Recording Manager, overseeing the management of a global videoconference service and developing a Webcast Service that supported significant events. Earlier experience at Caltech as a System and Software Engineer involved the maintenance and administration of key collaborative tools at CERN, while initial work as a Research and Software Engineer at the University of Pavel Jozef Safarik focused on video codec development. Marek holds an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Technical University of Košice, Slovakia.
