Arete Xavier Mequi

Arete Xavier Mequi is a seasoned professional in business development and content management with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Business Development Head for Southeast Asia and the Philippines at Netcore Cloud since July 2020, Arete has a strong background in digital initiatives and online marketing. Previous roles include Content Editor at Travelbook.ph, where responsibilities encompassed the production of marketing materials and supervision of writers, and Digital Program Manager at Vibal Group, leading digital textbook projects and collaborations with partners. Early career experience includes copywriting for ABS-CBN Corporation. Arete holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Santo Tomas and completed secondary education at Ateneo de Manila University.
