Alex Knop has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2012, they worked as a Student Intern at Walled Lake Consolidated Schools until 2014. From 2011 to 2015, Knop served as a Golf Caddie at Orchard Lake Country Club. In 2016, they joined Kunz, Leigh & Associates as a Web Application Developer, where they focused on UI updates, report creation, and data migration. In 2017, Knop worked as an IT Intern at BombBomb | Relationships Through Video, handling network infrastructure troubleshooting and implementing Wi-Fi fixes. From 2015 to 2018, they served as an Assistant to the Executive Secretary of the Office of Academic Governance at Michigan State University. At Verizon, Knop started as a Junior Edge Network Engineer and later transitioned into a Network Engineer role. Alex provided network support for government contracted employees, proactively managed data centers, and utilized Python for configuration changes and data collection. Currently, Knop is a Network Automation Engineer at NetCraftsmen starting in 2022.
Alex Knop completed a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Engineering Sciences at Michigan State University from 2014 to 2018.
