Carla Amar

Carla Amar serves as the Chief People Director at Netex Learning, overseeing the People Department across the group since February 2022. Previously, Carla was the Manager of HR Business Partner at Orange España from 2008 to January 2022, where responsibilities included partnering with business activities and implementing HR policies that fostered talent retention and development for business growth. Prior experience includes serving as CFO at Grupo Richel, S.A from 2002 to 2008, having transitioned from finance to HR, and as Swaps and Options Director at HSBC from 1992 to 2002, managing currency deals and developing products for treasury and trading purposes. Carla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Florida International University and is currently pursuing a program on "Leading the Digital Revolution" at IESE Business School.
