John Criswell

John Criswell currently serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer and Director of World Assembly 23 & 27 for the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students, fostering an inclusive environment for diverse staff globally. Previous roles include Regional Director for the Southeast at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA, where vision casting and team equipping were prioritized for outreach to college students across 50 campuses. As Executive Director of Pacific Partners, Inc., leadership development for young adults in the Pacific Rim was a key focus. John has held various positions within InterVarsity, including Director of InterVarsity Link & IFES Relations, and has experience in pastoral roles, leading congregational life initiatives at Centenary United Methodist Church. Education includes a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University.
