Katja de Decker

Katja De Decker has extensive work experience in various roles within the relocation and global client services industry. Katja began their career in 1998 at Sitel, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative and later as a Client Services Team Lead. In 2000, they joined Excel Careers as a Recruitment Consultant before transitioning to Net Expat as a Freelance Program Manager/Coach in 2002. In 2005, they joined Cosmopolitan Services Unlimited as an Arrivals Representative (Mobility Coordinator) before moving to Brookfield Global Relocation Services in 2007 as an Associate Manager International Operations. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Relocation Department Director at HELMA International. Katja'smost recent position is Director, Global Client Services at NetExpat, which they have held since 2015.

Katja De Decker pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Education from Joensuun yliopisto, where they focused on Guidance Counselling, Psychology, and Pedagogy. Katja completed this program from 1994 to 1997. Later, from 1999 to 2001, they pursued a specialized diploma in HR Management from I.S.C. SAINT-LOUIS. In 2014 to 2015, they attended Université Paris Dauphine, where they obtained an Executive Master's degree in Training & Development Management.
