Alec Armer

Alec Armer is a seasoned professional at Sprinklr, having held multiple roles since July 2018, currently serving as a Senior Solutions Consultant. In this capacity, Alec collaborates with clients in the Bay Area and Pacific Northwest to design comprehensive solutions that enhance digital customer experiences. Prior to this role, Alec contributed to the Demo Engineering team as an Associate Solutions Consultant, where responsibilities included maintaining the demo environment and customizing demo paths. Alec also served as a Senior Enterprise Relationship Manager and an Enterprise Relationship Manager, focusing on lead generation through cold outreach and inbound qualification in various regions. Notably, Alec initiated biweekly "Lunch and Learns" for the Sales Development team to improve outreach strategies and product knowledge.
