Alexis Martinez

Alexis (Craig) Martinez possesses extensive experience in compensation and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Compensation at Netflix. Previously, Alexis held the position of Director of Global Compensation at Atlassian, and served in various leadership roles at Google, including People Strategy Leader, Global Compensation Leader, and HR Technology Leader. Earlier in the career, Alexis was a Senior Managing HCM Consultant at IBM. Alexis earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management, graduating in 2006.
