Aline Penna is a seasoned professional in the television and film production industry, currently serving as a 1st Assistant Director for Unscripted Original Productions at Netflix since October 2020. With a strong background in leading production teams and managing high-profile projects, Aline has successfully organized multiple seasons of the show "Love is Blind Brazil." Aline's previous roles include 1st Assistant Director at Globoplay and Kroon, and Production Coordinator for Al Jazeera. Aline also held positions as Senior Line Producer at TV Globo and Head of Entertainment Production at TV Brasil, demonstrating expertise in coordinating large teams and ensuring the timely delivery of creative projects. Aline's education includes a post-graduate degree in Executive Production and TV Management from FAAP and a Bachelor’s degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from UFSCar.
