Aneesh Vartakavi

Aneesh Vartakavi currently serves as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Netflix since April 2022, following an extensive career at Gracenote where roles included Manager of Machine Learning, Senior Research Engineer, and Research Engineer from June 2014 to May 2022. In these positions, Aneesh led a team focused on cross-domain Machine Learning, developing algorithms for analyzing various media formats. Aneesh began a career in academia with a Master's degree in Music Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology, obtained in 2014, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology in 2012.
