Bartosz Polańczyk

Bartosz Polańczyk is a seasoned software engineer and educator with extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development. Currently serving as a Senior User Interface Engineer at Netflix since July 2025, Bartosz has held various prominent roles, including Senior Frontend Engineer (Lead) at Sumo Logic and Senior Software Engineer at Snowflake. With a background in full stack development utilizing technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, React, and more, Bartosz has contributed significantly to optimizing delivery platforms and improving application performance. In addition to engineering, Bartosz is a React and JS lecturer at Coders Lab, leading coding camps and mentoring students. Bartosz holds multiple advanced degrees in Psychology and Telecommunications from the University of Warsaw and Warsaw University of Technology.
