Beatriz Sierra

Beatriz Sierra is a seasoned events coordinator with extensive experience in the hospitality and entertainment industries. Currently serving as the Pan Regional Events Coordinator and Administrative Coordinator at Netflix since January 2021, Beatriz is responsible for organizing and executing internal events for the PR and Comms regional team. Previously at WeWork from February 2019 to January 2021, Beatriz ensured customer satisfaction for a building of 3000 members while managing a monthly budget of over MXN$55,000 and leading community development events. Beatriz also worked as an Event Project Manager at Promociones y Convenciones S.A de C.V, overseeing a 15-person team and managing a $1M budget for national and international events. Earlier experience includes roles as a Group Event Coordinator and Senior Guest Services Officer at Royal Caribbean International, where Beatriz managed event logistics and provided exceptional customer service.
