Benjamin Cros

Benjamin Cros is an accomplished leader in operational effectiveness and workforce management with extensive experience in high-impact roles across prominent global organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Netflix since November 2022, Benjamin manages a team of approximately 120 employees focused on optimizing employee services, talent acquisition, and management on a global scale. Prior to Netflix, Benjamin held various leadership positions at Google, including Director of Talent Experience Operations and Director of Operational Effectiveness within Cloud and Tech Infrastructure. Benjamin began their career at PwC, advising industry leaders on growth and transformation strategies, and has also worked in consulting and financial engineering roles at Mars & Co., Société Générale, and LVMH. Benjamin holds a Master's Degree in Advanced Systems from CentraleSupélec and an MS in Engineering from The University of Tokyo, complemented by a foundational education in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
