Caetlyn Reep

Caetlyn Caldwell Reep serves as the Manager of Marketing Business Operations at Netflix since March 2023. Previously, Caetlyn held the position of Operations Lead in Content Strategy & Planning at Meta from May 2021 to March 2023. Prior to that role, Caetlyn was the Vice President of Global Revenue Strategy & Operations at VICE Media, where responsibilities included leading global operational frameworks and driving revenue strategies for a significant digital business. Caetlyn's experience also encompasses leadership positions at Refinery29, where contributions included building the Sales Planning & Operations team and optimizing sales strategies, among other roles in the media and marketing sectors. Caetlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies with Honors from the University of California, Berkeley, and is pursuing further education at UCLA Extension.
