Elise Drayton, MBA, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources leadership across multiple high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director, HRBP at Netflix, Elise has previously held significant roles including Director, HRBP and HR Leader - G&A at Snap Inc., Principal Program Manager for Diversity & Inclusion and Head of HR at Amazon Vancouver, and Director of Human Resources at both Pacific Insight Electronics Corp. and Westport Innovations Inc. Elise holds a Master of Business Administration in Executive Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
