Guido Verweyen

Guido Verweyen is an experienced director and director of photography, currently serving as Director/DP at Netflix since September 2021. Verweyen held the position of Director of Photography for "The Tribe" at Prime Video & Amazon Studios in July 2023. Previous work includes directing and DP roles for various productions, such as the Airbnb/Getty Images experience campaign featuring paralympian Blake Leeper in June 2021, directing and producing "The Green Wave" at Crackle Plus from January 2019 to May 2021, and a director/DP role on "Life Under Renovation" for Discovery Inc. in 2020. Additional projects include "Stove Tots" for fyi Network, scripted crime reenactment series for Discovery Networks International, and a commercial campaign for Microsoft. Verweyen studied at The American Film Institute from 1993 to 1994.
