Jesse Ou is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in software development and security engineering. Beginning as a Software Developer at Watchfire in 2005, Jesse advanced to significant roles, including Senior Security Engineer at Microsoft Corporation from January 2011 to November 2016, where critical Red Team operations were executed against services such as Azure Active Directory and Xbox Live. Jesse also contributed to the development of security tools and the Secure Development Lifecycle implementation for Office 365. Following tenure as a Security Consultant at Cigital, Jesse held notable positions at Salesforce, including Lead Product Security Engineer, and currently serves as Engineering Manager, Workforce Security at Netflix. Most recently, Jesse was the Head of Enterprise Security at Grammarly from February 2023 to March 2025.
