Karthik Selvaraj

Karthik Selvaraj is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Site Lead for the APAC region at Netflix since May 2021, where responsibilities include designing workflows to enhance end-user experiences and utilizing data-driven insights for operational decisions. Prior to this role, Karthik held various technical positions, notably as a Technical Support Engineer at Amazon, managing Windows Server infrastructure and ensuring high availability and security. Karthik also served as a System Administrator at NeoBytes Software Solutions and Flatworld Solutions, providing remote server support and managing IT infrastructure. Early in the career, Karthik gained experience in desktop support and customer engineering roles at Infosys and HCL Infosystems, building a solid foundation in IT support and infrastructure management. Karthik holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Annamalai University and a diploma in Electronics Communication Engineering from IRT Polytechnic College.
