Kimberly Callery

Kimberly Callery is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design management and user experience. Currently serving as Senior Product Design Manager at Netflix since June 2025, Kimberly previously held the position of Senior Director of Design at Datadog from September 2022 to January 2025, where leadership of the product design team contributed to significant revenue growth and the launch of key features across over 30 applications. Prior to Datadog, Kimberly was Senior Director of Design for IBM’s Customer Care and Business Analytics Application Suites from July 2015 to September 2022, spearheading strategic design initiatives that enhanced the Data & AI portfolio. Earlier experience includes user experience roles at Quicken Loans and UnitedHealth Group/DPM Consulting. Kimberly holds a Master of Fine Arts and a Master of Arts in Interactive Design & Game Development from Savannah College of Art and Design.
