Michael Hibbler

Michael Hibbler, CBCP, is an Enterprise Resiliency Leader at Netflix, bringing over a decade of diverse experience in business resilience, investigations, and physical security. Currently serving as a Board Member of the MIT Crisis and Resilience Advisory Board, Hibbler focuses on fostering resilience within the alumni community. Previously, they held roles as a Business Continuity Analyst at Lowe's and a Sr. Business Continuity & Crisis Management Analyst at Zendesk, where they led initiatives to enhance business continuity and crisis management across multiple regions. Hibbler's background in law enforcement includes positions at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, where they gained valuable investigative and leadership skills. They continue to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and an Associate of Arts while maintaining their Certified Business Continuity Professional certification.
