Mikayla Golub

Mikayla Golub is a Creative Assistant at Netflix, supporting executives on the Comedy Series team since November 2025. Prior experience includes serving as a Television/Motion Picture Lit Assistant at Creative Artists Agency, where responsibilities included managing extensive communications for a senior agent and developing tracking systems in Excel for submissions and payments. Additional roles have involved internships at notable companies such as Paramount Pictures, HBO, and the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, covering various aspects of animation development, business operations, and content review. Mikayla holds a Bachelor's degree in History with a minor in Creative Writing from the University of Pennsylvania and has furthered education through study at the University of Cambridge and involvement with the Prague Film School and the London School of Economics and Political Science.
