Paula Martinez

Paula Martinez is a seasoned localization professional with extensive experience in managing global content localization initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as a Technical Project Manager for Product Localization at Netflix since September 2025, Paula previously held roles including Senior Localization Program Manager and Localization Program Manager II at GoFundMe, where key responsibilities included the development of localization strategies, project management for product expansion, and vendor management. With prior experience at companies such as Blizzard Entertainment, Jellysmack, and Apple, Paula has consistently demonstrated expertise in implementing efficient localization workflows, quality assurance, and cross-functional collaboration. Paula holds a Bachelor’s degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from the University of Valencia and additional certifications in healthcare interpreting and software localization.
