Roxy White

Roxy White has extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee health, currently serving at Netflix since February 2019. At Netflix, Roxy manages the full cycle recruitment process, develops onboarding resources, supports employee relations, and oversees various HR processes using multiple platforms. Prior to Netflix, Roxy held a talent acquisition role at Red Bull from August 2016 to February 2019, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes and conducting exit interviews. Roxy also contributed to office culture as an Office & Culture Manager at StackCommerce and held various roles at UCLA and Nike Volleyball Camp. Roxy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Education from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a high school diploma from Santa Monica High School.
