Siva Katir

Siva Katir is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong background in backend system design and development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Netflix since July 2022, Siva focuses on managing and publishing the game portfolio. Previously, Siva held the position of Principal Software Engineer at Microsoft from February 2018 to June 2022, contributing to the PlayFab service by building infrastructure components and tooling. Siva's earlier roles include Senior Software Engineer at PlayFab, Inc., and lead developer positions at MGM Solutions Inc. and Reset Games, where Siva developed scalable APIs and managed e-commerce solutions. Siva's career began after service as an Infantryman in the US Army, which included developing a database for tracking munitions and equipment. Siva holds a degree from Western Washington University.
