Terence Bannon

Terence Bannon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital strategy, product management, and customer experience. Currently serving as a Performing Artist at Netflix since April 2024, Terence previously held significant roles including Senior Vice President and Fintech Digital Product Manager at Customers Bank, and Digital Transformation Director at Pegasystems from June 2019 to July 2022, where strategies for digital innovations were developed through collaboration with various teams. As an Independent Consultant from January 2017 to June 2019, Terence focused on customer experience and business transformation initiatives. Terence's earlier positions include Director of Digital Strategy & Business Development at TIAA and Senior Vice President of Digital Payments at Citi, where strategic digital product roadmaps were created and executed.
