Paul Hassold has over 15 years of experience in technical roles, currently serving as Director of Technical Account Management and Director of Sales Engineering at NetFortris since March 2009, where responsibilities include supporting Asterisk-based telephony servers and VoIP solutions. Prior to this role, Paul worked at California Pizza Kitchen from March 2007 to March 2009 as an IT Support Help Desk, focusing on supporting corporate office IT needs and Microsoft Windows-based networks. Earlier experience includes serving as Aloha Point of Sale Staging & Field Support Technician at Jadeon from June 2005 to March 2007, where staging and configuring POS hardware and software was key.
