Weston Lampe, CPA began their career in 2014 as an Associate, Assurance at RSM US LLP. In 2015, they moved to PwC as an Experienced Associate, Assurance. Weston then returned to RSM US LLP in 2016, taking on the roles of Manager, Lease Accounting Technology Consulting and Manager, Strategy & Management Consulting. In 2021, they joined Netgain Solutions as a Senior Manager. As a Manager, Lease Accounting Technology Consulting, Lampe was the national leader for NetSuite lease accounting consulting and implementations. Weston provided consultation in areas such as technical accounting decision making, business process optimization, and technology implementations. As a Manager, Strategy & Management Consulting, Lampe focused on mergers & acquisitions consulting, specifically focusing on clients engaging in IPO and SPAC transactions. Weston also consulted with clients on business strategy and operational improvements.
