Dan Trudeau has a diverse work experience in various roles. From 2015 onwards, they worked at Netgain Technology, LLC as an Internal IT Analyst. During their time there, they implemented the Microsoft Intune MDM deployment, handled the new hire and termination process, and worked on improving staff efficiency by investigating processes and procedures.
Prior to that, they worked at Miller Auto Plaza as a Sales & Leasing Consultant from 2012 to 2015. Before that, from 2004 to 2012, they worked at Ulmer Pharmacal as a Shipping/Receiving Clerical.
Dan Trudeau received their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Bemidji State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Dan also holds several certifications, including CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ obtained in 2017 and 2018 respectively. In 2022, they obtained various certifications, including Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Secure Email Gateway: Mimecast Gladiator Level 2, Secure Email Gateway: Mimecast Warrior Level 1, and MS-900 Microsoft O365 Fundamentals, all from respected institutions such as Microsoft and Mimecast.
