Joshua Niezgoski

Joshua Niezgoski has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Joshua started their career as an Apple Senior Advisor at NCO Group in 2010, where they resolved escalated calls on iOS devices and iTunes. Joshua also compiled reports for software engineers to fix bugs and was recognized as one of the top five senior advisors for their performance and customer satisfaction. In 2011, Joshua joined CW Technology as a Help Desk Technician, where they managed active directory and exchange accounts, supported printers and network equipment, and managed Kaseya VSA. Joshua worked at CW Technology until 2014, and then they joined Netgain Technology, LLC as a Support Engineer. In this role, they performed repairs, upgrades, and installations of hardware and software. Joshua also collaborated with peers to resolve client issues and generated reports on software and hardware for asset evaluation and implementation. Later, in 2021, Joshua transitioned to the role of System Engineer at Netgain Technology, LLC.

Joshua Niezgoski obtained an Associate's degree in Information Technology from the Minnesota School of Business, where they studied from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty certification from Microsoft in August 2022.
