Kshitiij K. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. They are currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at both Netgain Technology, LLC and Afinety since 2021.

Prior to their current roles, Kshitiij worked at TriNetX, Inc. from 2016 to 2021, where they held the position of VP Security & Compliance | Security & Privacy Officer | GDPR DPO. During this time, they managed and executed various data privacy, information security, and regulatory compliance programs. They also achieved ISO 27001:2013 certification for TriNetX and led multiple privacy initiatives to ensure compliance with global privacy laws and regulations.

Before joining TriNetX, Kshitiij worked at Oracle from 2013 to 2016 as the Director of Cloud Security & Regulatory Compliance. In this role, they managed security operations, engineering, and compliance functions for Oracle's Global Business Unit (GBU) Cloud. They also played a key role in building a global security operations and engineering function and implemented various security tools and technologies.

Prior to Oracle, Kshitiij worked at TJX as a Senior Manager - IT Security | PMO from 2011 to 2013. They also served as a Senior Manager - IT | Regulatory Compliance | Process Engineering at Navisite from 2006 to 2011, where they managed regulatory compliance programs and worked directly with auditors to ensure compliance.

In the early years of their career, Kshitiij worked as a Senior Project Manager at Alliance Global Services from 2004 to 2006, a Project Manager at edynamic from 2003 to 2004, a Project Manager at Horizon Info Systems from 2001 to 2002, and a Senior Consultant at Crossword Software from 1997 to 2001.

Kshitiij K. started their education at Birla Vidya Niketan, where they completed their elementary, middle, and high school education from 1981 to 1992. Kshitiij then attended Gyan Bharati School from 1992 to 1994 and obtained a high school degree with a focus on commerce and finance. Afterwards, they enrolled in Delhi University and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in commerce and accountancy, studying from 1994 to 1997.
