Jerry O'Leary is a seasoned Director of Engineering Operations at NETGEAR, where they oversee agile engineering processes for consumer software and hardware development, incident management, and project delivery. With over twenty years of experience in program and software engineering management, Jerry has a proven track record in building lean and agile teams focused on effective delivery in international markets. Prior to their current role, Jerry held leadership positions at companies such as Trellix, McAfee, and Intel Corporation, where they were instrumental in managing international product delivery and driving standards for operational excellence. Jerry earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from University College Cork, along with a Diploma in Applied Project Management from the Institute of Project Management Ireland.
