Ray Ernenwein has an extensive work experience spanning various roles and companies. Ray is currently serving as the Vice President of Worldwide Supply Chain and Logistics at NETGEAR, where they oversee global supply planning, inventory management, and OEM purchase order fulfillment. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Worldwide Logistics at NETGEAR, where they were responsible for inbound/outbound transportation, warehousing, aftermarket services, and remanufacturing operations.

Before joining NETGEAR, Ray worked at Zinus as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Operations and Strategy, where they were responsible for tactical execution and strategic development of the company's U.S. supply chain. Ray played a key role in overhauling and re-launching the sales and operations planning process, implementing a comprehensive supply chain resiliency program, and conducting RFQs and negotiating freight forwarding contracts.

Earlier in their career, Ray held positions at Walmart eCommerce as the Director of Supply Chain Operations and Inventory Management, at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as the Director of Global Logistics, and at HP as the Director of Strategic Planning & Modeling and Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Development. Ray also has experience working at Procter & Gamble and the United States Air Force.

Throughout their career, Ray has demonstrated their expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and strategic planning. Ray has successfully executed projects, implemented innovative practices, and delivered significant cost savings and market share gains.

Ray Ernenwein earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Cornell Engineering in 1990. Ray then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations and Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, completing it in 1996. Ray also received an Executive Education Certificate in Supply Chain Analysis and Optimization from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1997, and an Executive Education Certificate in Designing the Right Supply Chain for Your Product from The Wharton School in 1998. In 2017 and 2018, they obtained a MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management from MITx Courses. Ray has also acquired various additional certifications, including Sustainable Supply Chain Management, Intermediate SQL, and certifications in different areas of Supply Chain offered by MITx on edX platform and other institutions.
