Klaus Lechtenberg has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Klaus started their career in 2001 as an IT Administrator at Tobit Software, where they worked until 2002. From 2002 to 2006, they worked as an IT Consultant at L COM. In 2006, they joined Lanfer Systemhaus as an IT Administrator and stayed there until 2010. From 2010 to 2021, Klaus worked at netgo as the IT Project Manager and Training Manager. During that time, they held various roles, including Head of Training IT-Solutions & Services and Divisionlead Infrastructure Solutions. In 2016, they also worked at Citech-Solutions as a Project Manager and Training Coordinator.

Klaus Lechtenberg obtained a Certified IT Business Manager IHK degree from the Akademie der Wirtschaft der IHK Nord Westfalen, specializing in IT-Projektleitung, Mitarbeiterführung und Personalmanagement. Klaus attended this institution from 2009 to 2011.
