We’re seeking a new team member to join our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team. RevOps is at the heart of our company operations, providing essential support across all departments through infrastructure (HubSpot, Salesforce), data, and automation. The ideal candidate should have experience with HubSpot administration and a strong understanding of operational tools and processes.

Salary ranges:

  • B2B contract: 9600 - 15600 PLN
  • UoP contract: 8000 - 13000 PLN

What are the responsibilities of a Senior RevOps Specialist?

  • Providing consulting, admin and data management for Hubspot, Salesforce and other tools for business process automation across various departments (Business Development, Growth, Delivery, Finance, Talent Acquisition, People)
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders - needs gathering and requirements, solution creation, implementation and change management.
  • Managing sales enablement using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, Clay.
  • Driving the adoption and optimization of new tools and technologies to automate crucial sales and operational functions, ensuring efficiency and high quality.
  • Developing and maintaining user-friendly automations and workflows.
  • Preparing reports and dashboards which provide valuable insights.
  • Providing ad-hock support for the sales process (contracts preparation) and internal tools.
  • Leading initiatives and internal analytics to improve sales and various operational processes.
