Agnieszka Hyla-Pochrzęst

Agnieszka Hyla-Pochrzęst has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Agnieszka is currently working at Netguru as a Delivery Lead, where they manage a portfolio of projects within the healthtech domain and explores opportunities in the med-tech world. Prior to this, they held the role of Project Management Lead and Senior Project Manager at Netguru.

In 2016, Agnieszka founded their own company, HYLAN Agnieszka Hyla-Pochrzęst, where they served as the Owner until May 2022. Agnieszka also worked as a Technical Writer at Elamed Media Group and Forum Media Polska Sp. z o. o. from 2015 to 2022.

Before starting their own company, Agnieszka was a Senior Project Manager at LEOCODE - Your Tech Partner, where they were involved in various projects from March 2016 to August 2021. Agnieszka also briefly worked as a Business Development Manager at LEOCODE. Additionally, they held Technical Writer positions at Trade Media International, Polskie Media Specjalistyczne, and Media4Business.

Agnieszka's early work experience includes serving as the Manager of Business Development at Lifetramp and as the Marketing and Communications Manager at Custom Copters sp. z o. o.

Agnieszka Hyla-Pochrzęst completed their postgraduate management studies at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2014 to 2015. Agnieszka also obtained a Master's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from The Silesian University of Technology during the same period. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, they completed their undergraduate studies in Biomedical Engineering at The Silesian University of Technology. In terms of language skills, they received a certificate of English language skills at the C1 level in 2012 from Politechnika Śląska and a certificate of French language skills equivalent to DALF C1 in 2010 from Ambassade de France en Pologne. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in AgilePM Practitioner from APMG International in 2018 and Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2017.
