Alya Mohamed

Alya Mohamed currently serves as an Agile Delivery Lead at Emirates since September 2025. Previously, Alya held the position of Associate Agile Coach at Emirates NBD from August 2022 to September 2025, focusing on driving organizational change and enhancing Agile team collaboration. Prior experience includes roles as a Scrum Master at Protiviti Middle East Member Firm and as an Analyst in the IT Audit Team, along with serving as a Part-time Sales Associate at Sharaf Retail. Alya is pursuing a Master of Science in Innovation and Change Management at Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, set to graduate in December 2026, after earning a Bachelor's degree in Information System and Technology Management from Zayed University in 2021.
