Bartosz Bialek

Bartosz Bialek has a strong background in product design, consulting, and management. Bartosz is currently the Director of Product Design at Netguru, where they lead a team of designers and oversees all departmental and business activities. Bartosz has been with Netguru since 2017 and has played a pivotal role in scaling the team from 20 to 80 designers. During their tenure, the department has successfully designed over 350 software projects. Prior to this, Bartosz worked as the Design Department Manager at Netguru from 2017 to 2023.

Before joining Netguru, Bartosz worked as a Senior Product Designer and Consultant from 2015 to 2017 at netguru, where they focused on consulting and designing digital products for startups and enterprises. Bartosz'sexpertise in delivering products on time and budget has led to their work being featured on Product Hunt, Dribbble, and TheNextWeb.

Bartosz also has experience as the Design and User Experience Director at SemStar from 2013 to 2015, where they oversaw the design and user experience strategies. Additionally, they co-founded Kavir in 2010, where they served as the Ideation and Design lead. Kavir was a virtual showroom with an intelligent sales assistant for mobile and desktop devices, utilizing neural networks, machine learning, and augmented reality technologies.

Prior to their professional experience, Bartosz worked as a Designer and Consultant, providing design services to various clients.

From 2004 to 2009, Bartosz Bialek pursued their education at Poznan University of Economics And Business. During this time, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering, specializing in Business/Managerial Economics, Product Management, and Commodity Studies.
