Karolina Długosz

Karolina Długosz has extensive experience in sustainability and corporate responsibility. Karolina currently works at Netguru as the Sustainability Lead and Client Partner, where they are responsible for B Corporation certification, ESG strategy, D&I initiatives, and co-founding the Tech To The Rescue Foundation. Karolina also ensures CO2 emission neutrality and serves on the Ethics Committee. Prior to Netguru, Karolina worked at Capgemini as the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Manager from 2011 to 2019. Before that, they were a CSR Specialist at Danone from 2008 to 2011, and an Administrative Director, projects' coordinator, and trainer at Stowarzyszenie APZ from 2005 to 2007.

Karolina Długosz pursued postgraduate studies in Managing NGO's at Collegium Civitas from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Journalism and Social Communication from Jagiellonian University, where they studied from 2000 to 2005.
