Mateusz Czajka is a seasoned technology executive with over a decade of experience in leading and delivering high-quality digital solutions. Currently serving as Chief Technology & Product Delivery Officer at Netguru since November 2012, Mateusz oversees the Technology, Product, Design, and Project Management functions, achieving an impressive client Net Promoter Score of 80. Previously, as Head of Delivery, Mateusz managed a team of 500 software delivery experts on 100 digital transformation projects, while earlier roles included leading teams of engineers and designers that delivered over 200 digital products for major global companies. Mateusz's career also includes positions as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Policygenius Inc. and as a Frontend Engineer at Skrill, following a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Poznan University of Technology.
