Elmar Bouma

Elmar Bouma is a Senior Project Manager Europe and Finance at the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency, where Elmar promotes the Netherlands as an investment location for companies in the financial sector. Elmar also serves as the Director for South East Asia, facilitating investment from that region to the Netherlands. Prior to their current roles, Elmar was the Director of INA Indonesia Benelux Chamber of Commerce and an Adviser in International Economic Relations at VNO-NCW. Elmar Bouma has a diverse educational background, having studied at Harvard University, Maastricht University, Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, and Develsteincollege.
