Maarten Tossings

Maarten Tossings serves as the Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at TNO since March 2019. In June 2023, Maarten took on the role of board member at Holland High Tech and has been the Chair of the Digital Economy Taskforce for the Economic Board of Zuid-Holland since October 2019. Additional board positions include serving at NIDV - Netherlands Industries for Defence & Security and the Maritiem Kennis Centrum, among others. Previously, Maarten held significant roles at the Ministry of Defence, including Chief Information Officer and Director of Policy Integration, and briefly worked with NATO. Maarten's educational background includes advanced leadership and management training from esteemed institutions, complementing a Master of Science from Cranfield University.
