Mariëlle Faas

Mariëlle Faas is an experienced professional with a strong background in communication and animal welfare. Currently serving as a member of the commission for Partij voor de Dieren Utrechtse Heuvelrug with a focus on animal welfare, Mariëlle also contributes as a patient representative in scientific research concerning PTSD, anxiety, and chronic insomnia at the Nederlands Herseninstituut. Previous roles include writing personal experiences related to trauma for ADF stichting, online communication volunteering for Angst, Dwang en Fobie stichting, and various communication advisory positions across organizations such as Jantje Beton and Nederlands Bakkerij Centrum. Educational qualifications include a HBO-bachelor in PR and public information from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and training as a naturopathic therapist for dogs.
