Sreedeep Mukherjee

Sreedeep Mukherjee is a Doctoral Researcher at the Netherlands Institute for Neuroscience since October 2013, focusing on the role of cortical microcircuits and feedback connections in visual perception under the guidance of Prof. Pieter Roelfsema. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Ruhr University Bochum from July 2010 to November 2012 and participating as a Research Intern in the Biochemistry Department at the University of Calcutta from September 2009 to June 2010. Additionally, Sreedeep Mukherjee gained research experience as a Summer Research Intern at Jawaharlal Nehru University in May 2008 as part of the Indian Academy of Sciences fellowship. Sreedeep Mukherjee holds a Master of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Calcutta (2007-2009) and a Bachelor's degree in Physiology with honors alongside Chemistry and Zoology from the same institution (2004-2007).
