Tomasz Kajetan

Tomasz Kajetan Stańczak has a diverse work experience in software development and blockchain technology. Tomasz Kajetan is the Founder of Nethermind, where they focus on building Ethereum and working on Ethereum integrations, sidechains, L2, DeFi, Solidity development, audits, NFT, metaverse, and MEV. In 2021, they joined Flashbots as a Mate, and in 2020, they founded Oiler Network. Stańczak is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Twinstake and as a Board Member at StarkNet Foundation and Council Member at Forta.

Earlier in their career, Stańczak worked as a Software Developer at Rokos Capital Management, where they developed software solutions. Tomasz Kajetan also worked at Citi as a VP, FX eTrading Technology, leading the development of front-end applications and managing code quality, testing, and deployment. Tomasz Kajetan served as a Senior Programmer Analyst and Tech Lead at Citi, responsible for UI development and leading teams in building pricing control panels and trading applications. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Developer at CME Group/Elysian Systems and itelligence/Cirquent/MunichRe, where they coordinated and led development teams for important IT projects.

Tomasz Kajetan Stańczak has a diverse education history. Tomasz Kajetan first attended I Liceum im. St. Dubois w Koszalinie from 2000 to 2004, where they studied mathematics and computer engineering. Following this, they pursued an MSc degree in Information Technology from Adam Mickiewicz University from 2004 to 2009. During the same period, they also enrolled in Poznan University of Economics, but did not complete their degree in Business Administration, as they did not graduate.
