Barbara Caccamo is an experienced customer care professional with a strong background in assisting citizens, particularly in the role of Addetta Customer Care at Nethex since June 2018. Prior to this, Barbara held positions as an inbound operator at Covisian and as a call center operator at RBS - Retail Banking Services. Early career experience includes serving as a commercial assistant at Nava Milano Spa. Education includes a degree in foreign languages from the Oxford Institute, complemented by a DSLCF Diplome Superieur in French language and culture.
